Enquiry:

Customers can submit their inquiry by clicking on the Enquiry button available across the app on the top right. The customer needs to select the cargo type, add the origin and destination details, provide cargo description, and add container requirements. For reefer cargo, environment parameters must be provided, and for HAZ cargo, MSDS and IMO details must be uploaded. Once the inquiry is submitted, the customer can select any custom and pickup services from Traydo to finish the enquiry.

Quotations:

Customers can get instant access to freight rates on recurring enquiries. All available quotes for each enquiry are shown below the enquiry. Customers can view detailed quotes and sailing schedules by clicking on the more options menu.
